Reflective Foam is made by chemical / physical cross-linked closed cell polyethylene foam and aluminum foil, the aluminium foil plays the role of reflecting radiation heat from sunshine with reflectivity of 96-97%. And the XPE foam has the function of trapping air so as to stop convection heat.
CYG TEFA XPE or XLPE Foam rolls are made from closed cell cross linked polyolefin foam with excellent properties in terms of condensation control, long term thermal block and sound absorption. They came as a standard sandwich product composed of foam, aluminum foil and self-adhesive backing. Any other combination is possible, such as plain foam, foam with aluminum foil or foam with self-adhesive backing. The foil and the foam can have different colors (apart from the standard gray foam and silver foil) depending on the customers’ requirements.
CYG XPE or XLPE rolls & polyethylene sheets have a very good dimensional stability, they tend to return their original shapes after being compressed.
The polyethylene rolls & sheets represent no hazard to the human health, being used no CFC or HCFC in their production and having a very low VOC level. They are considered green products (that means our products are environment friendly.) They comply with the LEED requirements, helping buildings to get more LEED points.

ESD / Conductive PE Foam is polyethylene foam filled with carbon (black ESD foams), to get electronic grade foams for ESD protection. The IXPE foam has conductive, static dissipative properties offer protection for critical electronic devices, assemblies and equipment.
